Your T-2 comes on its low standard Picatinny mount, which sits low. For an AR-15, pick a taller mount below to line the dot up with iron sights, a magnifier or night vision. A ticked mount goes in the cart with your T-2.

The dot sits on the same line as AR-15 iron sights. LEAP/01 and Geissele also come in 1.93 in.
